We design and fabricate a complete range of Excavator Rippers for machines range form 0.5 ton to 45 ton. These rippers are perfect for the initial breaking up of compact or rocky grounds before the subsequent excavation.

The ripper tynes are fabricated from high tensile steel for higher strength. For machines of 20 tons and above, additional bolt-on shank protector can be fitted to protect the shank from wearing under abrasive conditions.

Cast ripper boots commonly used on bull dozers are used for their higher impact toughness (as compare to normal bucket teeth) to withstand the high impact and shock loading commonly involved.
