We can design and custom fabricate Front End Loader buckets to suite client’s individual requirements.

Basic design and profiles are commonly based on the machine’s OEM bucket to ensure correct fit-up and operation geometry, with some changes to the side profile and bucket width to accommodate client’s requirement in loading capacity.  

For long lasting durability we utilize the premium high strength, quench and tempered wear resistant steel plates (Hardox 400/450 or XAR400) with nominal hardness of 400 brinell throughout the bucket body. This includes critical areas such as the base edge, side walls, bucket shell, side and bottom wear liners. This would ensure acceptable bucket weight while maintaining structural integrity and prevent buckling / bending during operation.  

Depending on the working condition, different type / level of wear liner packages can be fitted to suit client’s requirement. The wear package generally consists of replaceable pin-on teeth system with bolt on lip segments and side protectors. As we produce all our cast Ground Engaging Tools in our foundry facility, we have full control on the quality of the casting components while at the same time keeping the overall cost of the bucket competitive.

All loader buckets are line-bored to ensure close fit tolerance and trouble free fit-up to the machine.
